1. Your registration will not be processed until payment has been received by Visa, MasterCard, Cash or Cheque.
2. Cheques for current and future programs must be received within 7 days from date of registration.
3. You will receive an email or telephone call to confirm your registration.

5. If your child has any special needs we should be aware of, please advise us at the time of registration.
   

Registration Refund Policy

• Cancellations within 2 weeks prior to start of session, will be subject to a $30.00 fee
• No refunds once program has started, other than for medical reasons only. Fees refunded will be pro-rated. A medical note must accompany the refund request.
• Processed refunds or credits will be subject to a $5.00 administration fee.
• Returned cheques will be subject to a $25.00 fee.

As a minimum number of skaters are required to run each program, Skaters First reserves the right to change or cancel a program providing a full refund if necessary.
